HISTORY

SEPTEMBER 2002
A group of about 15 adults and 15 or so kids begins meeting on Sunday afternoons, in a classroom at Our Savior's Baptist Church in Federal Way. The group plans and prays about starting a church in NE Tacoma.

EASTER SUNDAY 2003
New Day Church conducts its first official service at Meeker Middle School. Around 60 people attend that first week, with a few visitors from the neighborhood deciding to come back for more.

SEPTEMBER 2003
New Day begins holding weekly services at Meeker Middle School.

Since that time, we have continued to grow. We're looking forward to seeing what God will do in the next few years!
